Pros
The rocking chair is a staple in our sleep, reading, and relaxation routines for our son. It's also cute and matches my decor. Worth the price and perfect for baby girl’s nursery.
Cushions are comfortable. I wish the armrest has thicker cushion.
Cons
There is a hole drilled into the back to accept the armrest bracket, but it was drilled too low on one side. The material that snaps on the sides keeps opening up. My wife was quick to react when she heard it popping and cracking.
The cushions are not fluffy and the "pillow" is nothing. The bonus pillow looks like it was made in a home economics class. Doesn't match my other furniture at all & is an eyesore in my nursery.
It is unfixable and unreturnable to put back in the box. I have to find some staple gun or something to get it to stay down. Nothing for 24 hours.

Price
After my first born i did have to sit on a cushion for more comfort but other than that my absolute favorite chair for the price.
I cannot recommend this chair more and the price is unmatched!
I’m keeping because have a bad back andit is reasonably priced.
You won’t find a chair any cheaper with organic fabric and stuffing.

One box did have damage which had chipped the back of the chair top but amazon made things right!
Competitiveness
I'll update if things go south, but so far this is a cadillac compared to others.
This thing is way more plush than any we saw at the chain stores.

Downsides the seat cushion is just not thick enough and if you watch a movie your butt will hurt
