Highlights
Quality
All good excellent quality the best around
Very nice product owned the stradic fl and this one is nicer
Every inch of this reel is a looker, and there is zero slop, none on the handle, none when you try to back reel, and none on the drag.
My first stradic is so amazing i couldn’t bring myself to purchase a less capable spinning reel.
Competitiveness
I bought a static 23, 1000,i also have a 500 of a different shimano model.
I've used other higher end freshwater reels by daiwa, abu, lews, & pflueger.
That's the daiwa bg 3500 next to the shimano stradic c3000xgfm.

I cant imagine getting a 2500 or smaller

Honestly it feels and looks cheaply made just on the outside compared to the bg or even many other sub 100 reels

I realize the 2500 is a beast and guys catch huge fish with them regularly but from a physical size standpoint it would be something id use for panfish
