Pros

This is by far the best product i’ve ever bought! I really like the way my hair feels after i've used the brush. This new one my 3 is magus and coast 40 bucks!

This brush heats super fast it's easy to use and my hair is straight and soft. It's hands down the easiest way to straighten my hair and it takes less time then an actual straightener. The bristles are perfect.

Cons

Same great results; same error message in less than 2 weeks. Now returning and looking for something else. Tried once and put back in box. Broke after 24 hours. I am african american and this did not work quite as expected.
