Pros
This one is a conventional buckle/loop arrangement so the skin-side of the strap is pretty flat and it feels great. Nice and masculine, good quality. Once loosened up i find it very comfortable.
Easy to fit and breathable. Fits perfectly with into versa 3 connectors. The sizing is perfect.
Cons
The bit that connects the strap to the fitbit broke after two months. The connection between the strap and the device is loose and keeps disconnecting. Irritated my skin within a few hours.

Easy to fit, stops that nasty skin irritation you get with the standard plastic strap, well worth the money
I've had my fitbit watch for nearly 2 years and thought i would change the strap as i was getting bored with the original one.
Price
Very nice quality for price, fitbit versa3 it fits perfectly.

Forget about the digital apple watch’s these are far better at a fraction of the cost.
