Pros
The 1st one i bought 8 yrs or so ago still works great. One of the "pro" versions has the same light output but a longer battery life. They all have a few as they use them all da, every day. Just can't say enough about the brand.
Cons
It only flashes on for a nanosecond. Will not do any lighting functions except flashing.

Great little head lamp, bright and reliable.
The grip the cap solidly and firmly.
After each use longer than 20 minutes should recharge each time
These lamps are not the brightest, pretty much useless on the lowest setting.
Price
For the price this light is amazing.
Cost a bit extra, but worth every cent.
But for the size and the money these things are amazing.
Competitiveness
I bought a similar cornwell and it doesnt even compare.
There is no other flashlight company that comes close to streamlight.
It's certainly more comfortable than my high-output streamlight headlamp i bought, so i'm much more likely to use it.

This is light weight simple to use and l like the yellow color in case it gets dropped in the field

When first bought this light and pushed button the light was very bright making me think it was charged however as soon as released the button it would go out and i couldnt get to stay on making me think the switch was broke on it

It comes with with a single adjustable headband you can put on it or you can use a clip to put on the bill of your hat

I do not think the rechargeable is replaceable but if i can get a few years use out of it for 20 i can live with that
