Pros
Repair to an expensive functioning light with a broken switch. Super easy to install. I am quite pleased with how easy and fast this was.
Be sure to keep or order the battery door retainer pin. The bumps retain the pin. Remove small bump with file and slide out pin with pliers. It's easier to insert the retaining pin with the door closed in place.
Cons
Company is too cheap to provide the tiny pin that the battery door latch attachs to. Looks as if its only held on by a small amount of adhesive. Wish i could get my money back for the holster and light….

The original had a metal pin for the latch which fell apart within 3 months.
My original battery door broke after almost 10 years.

Fit great and it was at a good price.
This item kept me from havening to spend 100 plus bucks on a new light.
Don't pay the ridiculous price for the pin.
I thought that i was out the $150 or more for a new light.

Submitted exchange through amazon- have 30 days to return defective part.
2 day delivery and operate normally again.
Replacement part received next day- works as it is supposed to.

As others have stated put the retention arm in place before pushing the pin from your old cover into the new cover

Just remember that you still need the hinge pin to install this as it does not come with one of its own
