Pros & Cons
Pros
Design is similar to one i had that clamped to my old helmet. Construction and design are flawless. Only con is that it is designed in usa but made in china. But, it dosent feel as tough/durable as other options.
It is hard to lose, even in a camper. No more * my leg on the side of my reading chair in the middle of the night as i stumble to the bathroom. It's a big, sturdy, alligator clip with teeth like this.
They run a really long time on a set of alkaline batteries. Uses 3 simple aa batteries for a very long run time. It takes aa batteries, but i don't care!
Each with it's own on and off switch, to minimize confusion as mentioned earlier. The * are identical and i always use caution when turning the light on. This is a very simple light which i love and i can hand this to anyone and they not get mad about... Read More
The clip combined with the flood beam is perfect for hands-free operation. Our property is large and wooded, so avoiding everything from unexpected holes and down limbs to a myriad of spider webs and occasional wildlife is the task.
Cons
No batteries were included as advertised. This will be my last streamlight purchase, just isn't worth the money saved. No response to email.

I did research and decided on the streamlight 68750.
Therefore, you can easily tell you’ve hit the wrong button because the forward beam hasn’t turned on.
Competitiveness
Great flashlight for universal duty; my favorite of all streamlight flashlights.
I've been using streamlight flashlights for decades, having used the litebox and survivor for many years in the fire service.
I bought a rechargable flashlight and it worked great but the input on the flashlight for the charging cord was easily bent aft... Read More
