Pros & Cons
Pros
Bright enough in low mode to cover most close-up situations and the high setting is definitely bright enough when you need to see at a distance. I have mine to be the lowest brightness on initial push which makes the battery life astronomically higher... Read More
These lights are great for edc/duty/vehicle uses. Is a little high, but honestly it's probably right around the same price as other lights that are of equal or comparable caliber. The grip on this is great and the light is a gazillion times bright the... Read More
Rechargeable battery is a must. The battery requires 5 hrs to fully charge but the usb micro charger is welcome over regular lithium non-rechargeables.
The grip and toughness are excellent. It's like a car headlight for your pocket. Polymer build with internal aluminum sleeve and head construction. Tempered glass lens.
This is my favorite flashlight out of all i've had, including an old surefire g2x. It is well made and works flawlessly. Still works as well as fresh outta the box.
Cons
Usually their quality is inline with the cost however this has obviously changed. It was not cross threaded. Im guessing the thought behind it is to prevent accidentally turning it on. The light starts to flicker and you have to tap it to quit.
Highlights
Quality
As with all streamlight products, it is well made and works flawlessly.
I like the light with the clip and it comes in handy and recharges quick good light
To change between the settings you quick press the light 9 times then hold the button the tenth time until the light shuts off.
This is my third streamlight product and none has failed me.
Price
This was totally worth it for the price.
Definitely the best bang for your buck
Skip spending double or triple for one of the instagram fad lights-- this is all you need
Competitiveness
Easy to use compared to others i own.
Both are powerful and at a great price point compared to other similar flashlights.
Also, at 600 lumens and 11,485 cd, it seems brighter than other companies flashlights at 1000 lumens.
As far as i’m aware you can roll with two different battery types, but the 18650 is the gold standard in my opinion due to high... Read More
