Pros
Put this on my carbine, very sturdy, bright and easy to install. No movement or failures under full auto 5. I have it mounted to a mossberg 500 assault sg with no problems so far.
This light is amazing as far as brightness and distance it can shine. It has a decent amount of spill with a super bright center hot spot that is very intense. Amazingly bright and the distance you get from it is incredible.
This light is everything the advertisement claims! Super bright, long throw, well built, lightweight. Still bright but not 1000 lumens.
On / strobe / off lever type switch is ambidextrous. Includes rail adapters, zip ties, and adhesive tape as mounting options. The on-off/strobe switch is easy to manipulate & is rock solid.
Beam is so focused you could successful use it as an aiming device like a laser out to 10 yards. The design of the parabolic reflector projects the beam over 400 feet easy!
Cons
Only 775 lumens old stock. Box looks as if is was crushed and then put back together to resell the light. Never buy from this trickster again.

Reasonably priced for the quality and output.
The build quality is the usual high quality expected from streamlight.
You're better off with the regular tlr-1 or the tlr-1 hl if you wanna mount on a pistol or a shotgun.
I don't think anyone who'll be using this light for you know what will be disappointed.
Price
Price was best i could find and i shopped.
Lastly, i will say the price for the performance of this product is more than reasonable!

Wished it was available without the strobe before i bought it because momentary light off movement in low to no light conditions usually means youre turning the light on and off for tactical movement but with this light its possible too move with the light off and activate it on again without tripping the strobe mode

Thats because it takes two very fast onoff activations to get it to go to strobe

It screw clamps to the rail with metal hardware and the entire outer shell is aluminum

If you want to flush mount it on an ar or something of that nature it has to be at the end of the hand guard to work
