The power cable also heats up to a worrying degree when it's on. Takes forever to warm your water. Started leaking after sometime.
Been sent back for refund. Total wste of money but was refunded no problem. Is it possible to bring it back to amazon at banbury to exchange it.

It has no safety features no boil dry protection and you have to unplug it when it’s boiled
