This is not a heavy duty metal board, it’s aluminum but very sturdy.

The construction is sturdy enough for some serious pedal stomping, but i wouldn’t jump up and down on it.

It was either this one or a 200 dollar pedaltrain.

For the price and quality, it’s a keeper for me.
