I dont think it would be strict enough for an advanced user who wants to be completely unable to remove the gag even with persistent effort

Feels very sturdy came clean with plastic around the bit which was very comfortingreassuring lots of toys have no packaging at all or are clearly used and dirty

We will need to punch another hole or 2 so i wont be able to push it out of my mouth but shouldnt be an issue

They seem more controlling and ball gags just dont control sound unless you let them do so so half their purpose is lost
