Pros

It has the ease of use of a cane with the sturdiness and support of a forearm crutch. The arm stabilizer makes a nice hook for hanging my cane on the car door. The only problem is the foam on the elbow support was ripped.

This cane is no joke light weight and supper strong. It’s sturdy, light weight so it is easy to maneuver. Seems to be 30% heavier than a normal crane.

Length of the cane is adjustable, but the length of the upper curved part is fixed. Extra height of the section that surrounds the wrist makes it simple to go up and down stairs.

At 6'4 and 390lbs, there is no issue with it holding him securely. I am a big guy-a little over 300 lbs and this cane helps keep me upright every day.

Cons

The angle of the forearm support and the hand are too close to each other esp for petite/shorter users like me. It's so darn heavy for me,it's a chore to move with it. Also hard to use in a narrow area like hallway.

Certainly not the cheapest cane out there, but you usually get what you pay for and that's the case with the strongarm.
