This detector is pants. No chance if finding a wire in the wall. Recalibration after recalibration and still useless. Working inaccurately for such a devise is dangerous.
The stud detector is absolute rubbish. It doesn't work in the slightest. Down the drain.

Then i ran the stud finder on the other side a few times and every time it accurately showed the center of the stud

Don’t really trust the electric cable finder all the time as a couple of times it has given cables where i know 100 there isn’t any
