Not as simple as a square but i find myself reaching for this when i want to know its right

The problem is when using it to get an exact angle on a mitre saw or table saw the reading fluctuates and is difficult to get the saw in the correct angle not because of this product but because the movement of the saws isnt precise

Make sure the surface your saw sits on is level or you will get an inaccurate reading
