I tried on the exact pair from jeffrey campbell for $168, and the heel was just a tad shorter, and they were genuine suede.
I loved them, but had to return as i couldn't see spending that much for them at the time.
Packaging/appearance
The only thing was the bow was a slightly different color pink that in the picture, but it still looks good that way.
