The desk box came beat up and looked like it has a rough shipping.

I called the company and they are shipping me the missing parts (a couple of nonessential cross braces) for free.

Right now, i have a laptop sitting on one side, and an extra monitor and lamp sitting on the curve-piece.

The only con is the glass tops came shattered in the box.
