The flavor is pleasant and can be adjusted to be however sweet or mild you want your water. It's a little sweet, a little tart. Super tasty. I'd recommend for it's flavor over longevity.
One squeeze is enough for each glass. A bottle of 16 oz water takes two pumps and tastes excellent. It has a little tangy taste but you definitely only need about 2 or 3 little squeezes.
Stur is a strawberry and lemon water enhancer. The stevia sweetener keeps it low in calories and sugar free.
