I just ended up gathering the curtain in the middle and wrapping the ties around in a bow to gather it that way so at least my windows arent totally open

It is good quality i have it hanging with my cherry blossoms print ruffle priscilla curtains pair 86inchby84inch and topper it was the pefect thing it needed to set it off
