Finally i read the labels and saw that pantene has amonmium laryl and lareth sulfate which is really bad the lauryl sulfate is truly bad
I was a pantene snob for years and thought it was great often switching between types of pantene
Anyway the last round bought of pantene left my hair stringy damaged and straw like on the ends super frizzy and knotted
