Pros

Since using this shampoo i am able to dry it straight and have it stay in that wavy spot. The smell is pleasant but not very strong. This shampoo leaves my hair clean and soft without over-drying. It smells great and works well.

Cons

When i pull my hair back into a ponytail, there are all kinds of flyaways from broken hair and it just looks terrible. I tend to put it just on the ends of my hair and none on my scalp otherwise i end up with what looks like dirty hair.

Salons kept pushing the higher end products, so i used those for several years, and no compliments on healthy hair.

Price

A very affordable shampoo that not only smells great, but also keeps my long, color-treated hair soft.

I always thought that at this price point, all shampoos and conditioners were created equal, but this one has really improved my hair.

I cant stand to spend a ton of money on hair products makeup etc.

Not bad buying 6 bottles for $13.

Packaging/appearance

Every bottle had shampoo that had came out in the big box on my other items.

I bought these thinking they were in the bottles in the picture, but they aren’t.

It’s a product that i like, so i’m not disappointed there, but it really annoyed me when i opened the box and saw the pumps.

Was not in own box like usual.
