Pros
The sullivans cordminder works amazingly. This small devise is what you want. Took a chance and ordered this cordminder and the problem is solved.
I sew and quilt daily and had almost dropped my pricey specialty iron several times when the cord caught on the ironing board corners. This solves all my ironing cord problems.
The weighted clip is perfect hanging on the cord as a counterweight. My only problem is the weight provided to attach to the cord keeps slipping.

As other reviews have stated the weight clip is not strong enough to stay clipped to the iron cord thus making it useless.
No sound, perfect counterweight, nothing sticking up to catch my arm, hand, or cord.

Do that and it's well worth the price.
I have tried several things (some were very expensive) but this little item really works!

Let me start off by saying ive tried several different design cord holders and this is the only one that has actually worked for me i like the design ease of use and its not intrusive

Now for the few flaws there is a large laundry clip that your supposed to clip onto the cord about 3 or 4 feet down on the cord good idea if it actually stayed on mine didnt so i had to tape it on and the little metal weights on it one of them fell out so i will have to glue that back in

The other small issue ok for me is the clamp for the actual holder is a wee bit on the short side but i have to staying ok on the end of the ironing board

Id like it even better if the weighted clip worked as it is supposed to but all in all ill keep it and try using an office clip as others have mentioned
