Appreciate the 3 levels of volume and the sounds are soothing but repetitive so they are relaxing. Very soft. I like that the other brand floats softly through the different colors.

The elephant face is nice but the top is hard plastic and makes it not cuddly at all. Cute design, poor execution. Options to contact the seller are to order replacement parts.
