My baby is a mover so this help keep her asleep and minimizes her fidgeting my son loves being swaddled in this this wrap is soft and warm
Its warm enough because of the fleece to not need a blanket in addition to the swaddle
Our eldest needed to be swaddled until she was about 6 months old and the large size accommodated her until she developed out of her need for a bedtime swaddle
