Pros

It's similar to the pads we used in the daycare i worked at. Although the padding has worn down is still durable!

Easy to clean with removeable washable cover. It's easy to clean as i can attest from experience haha.

Fits nicely with many standard changing tables. At 16 inches wide it’s about an inch narrower than the original pad but still works ok. The cover works well to stop leaks.

Cons

The mat itself is okay. Where the baby actually lays down is only 1. This is not waterproof. The pad has tiny holes in it that poop gets caught in.
