Pros & Cons
Pros
I have 2 and they are both beautiful and sturdy. It matches our decor well.
The grate is plastic and not very sturdy so i wouldn't recommend it for serious use, but it works to keep my dog out of my room. My 60lb pit mix (who stays crated during the day) hops right over it though. It keeps the kittens where they should be, wi... Read More
It is a bit fiddly to get the right tension but you'll figure it out. Stays quite tight to the door jamb. If you don't mind fiddling with it for a few minutes, it works just fine.
Cons
It feels like it’s made of balsa wood. This gate is so flimsy and cheap. Save your money and get an expensive one from walmart.
It's the same as the metal latch just white and is also a hassle to unlatch the both of them. The lock is hard to close and open.
Highlights
Quality
I haven’t had any issues with the product and have had the gate up for about a month.
We got this gate for my baby siblings so they wouldn't pass into the kitchen since it can be dangerous and we're very happy!
The issues:i’ve only had it for a day, so i can’t speak to the issues with the tension bar fracturing as seen in other reviews.
Competitiveness
I have been a longtime baby gate user.
