Pros

The sumo is a pleasure to use. Sometimes products are faulty, it happens but sumo went out of their way to make it right. I am sure it will do the job nicely!

Cons

Used it once. Fell off top level of folding dish rack to counter. This product is junk. It looks pretty, but it is completely unusable. Do not give a 1star to this plainer.

One side of the handle repeatedly pops out when it is under pressure. Pops back in place but pops apart if pressure pit on it at all. Shortening stays up in the blades when i try to cut into flour. Seems to be a design flaw rather than a defective mod... Read More
