For an amateur home gardener this product is good value. The mulch isn't anything to write home about, but it'll do. It's light and very portable. The chip size is bigger than normal mulch you can buy.

The chipper fits perfectly in the base of the cart. It's a good size for a small electric chipper. The only drawback is that the chipper needs to be cleared frequently.

Great for what it's supposed to do - recommended. If you take your time and not rush it it works great. Nothing bad or too dangerous though.

Cons

The outflow side of the chipper has some serious problems. Instead of chipping the wood, the blades crush the wood against the counterplate. The result is more of a cut, than a chip/shred as can be seen in the photo.

The feeding tunnel entrance is narrow and doesn't funnel much material into the cutting *. There is no way to adjusted this so it will shred, according to their product support. Started smoking and broke down after putting twigs in it.

For the price and size, it's great!

Very reasonably priced for the time and effort saved

It seems like a waste to pay to have this stuff hauled away only to buy mulch later.

Just received this yesterday and chewed through a big pile of branches from the last year or so.

That being said,i would have given 5 stars if it was a great shreader.

Packaging/appearance

It comes with the black collection bag, however i found it so much easier with the gardeners bucket cart.
