It feels like if you grab and yeet it towards you, you may break it. Works great for taking down big branches when attached to the pole that came with my sun joe pole hedge trimmer. Great for garden and yard use while not too heavy or bulky.

Push button in on the side with thumbat same time pull triggerwith other hand grab the black plastic flap hand guardbrakewhatever you call it and pull it towards you
