Pros

Trimmer is another ergonomic sun joe product. Affordable, lightweight and easy to manuver. This gadget is a slick deal for me.

As a grass cutter & edger, its perfect! Cuts even the tall, thick grass. Changing the shear head is fast and easy. Grass looks much better now that it gets snipped clean.

Great buy for the money. It performs well. This is how a good vendor does business. But patience is key.

This is a great tool to have if you have gardens & bushes that make traditional wacking impossible. My yard is mostly sand and big tree roots…. This is not for huge areas but it does the work.

Cons

Trimmer is extremely difficult to separate from the pole. I have to stop so many times and reset the plastic gears it makes completing any small job a total waste of time. Charging cutter is very difficult to remove.

It’s priced right, easy to use and the charge really holds up.

Great price for use around condo where lawn workers missed!

Built in obsolescence i guess, but even then it's not terribly costly.

Quieter than expected compared to ryobi, and cut as good.

Unlike most trimmers this tool is so lightweight that i wondered if it could be as effective as it’s sturdier competitors.

It can't compete with a whip trimmer for larger areas but it's not as destructive either.
