Pros

Just a little update. All in all, a decent mower at a decent price. Mm at the highest cutting height, just like the label on the height adjuster says.

This lawnmower was able to mulch all the dried leaves that didn't get picked up. It mulches very nicely at the highest cutting height. It bags and mulches and the large wheels work well on a kind of terrain.

Easy to clean after every mow, hang on garage wall when not in use. Combined with a green electricity provider, it literally puts a grin on my face every time i mow.

Cons

The motor is very weak and has a bad electrical burnt smell. Checked circuit breakers, outlet, extension chord, still didn't work.

Mower is very light weight.

Sunjoe has terrible products and even worse customer service-disservice. Their warranties are meaningless because you can't get any service from them. Here is the text of their chat reply, notice the que number.

I decided to go with the mulchng method, and was very pleased with the results.

It came with the scarifier installed so no head swapping for me.

You get a 13amp motor with the pro version.
