Pros & Cons
Pros
It's not the easiest job (i'm 71 and relatively weak), but it beats calling out a gutter cleaner a few times a year at $150 to $250 a pop. Strong mulching system as well. I really like it as i use the leaves for mulching and composting.
The sun joe unit delivers! High quality and reasonable cost. Happy with my purchase.
This vacuum/blower is so easy to use. The speed settings are quite handy. It has only one speed which i would classify as medium, but it's enough for me.
Cons
The power is so low it hardly pushes any leaves around. It's good for moving around small amounts of dust and debris from a garage floor but that's about it. Very disappointed with sun joe.
Highlights
Quality
The gutter attachment worked very well and made the nasty job of gutter cleaning much easier.
The blower function is really good and the "gutter" extensions are great for getting into those hard to reach places from the ground.
Dead leaves and whatever needs to come off the yard--look out.
Picks up wet leaves, dry leaves and small twigs.
Price
It did what i needed and for the $$ it was the best value i could find.
Purple was the least expensive color, so works for me.
Competitiveness
Mine replaces a similar, but much older toro.
