Pros

The power nozzle is great and takes much less time than the regular nozzles to clean a wide area. Washing the car, spray off chairs and patio etc. Looks brand new.

The compact size is great and the onboard hose reel is awesome. Only issue is the hose reel. The reel is a little flimsy but does work if you are gentle.

Pressure washers are always a bit cumbersome due to the wand cord and hose. This version is so easy to move, and is very stable, never falling over. Low gravity profile, it really does the job!

Cons

Customer service offered to replace the unit. After only one use, the ki ( to test the fittings and performance) stopped working, sent it back for a replacement. The replacement units ship date kept changing until eventually after 2 weeks the order wa... Read More

The real deal breaker here is the hose reel. The reel itself is impossible to turn with the hose attached.

Rubber seals degrade rapidly and prematurely after a few years of ownership. The main issues i am having are most likely from the low flow water spout. Also had a leak underneath. A nylon nut with a pressure switch leaking.

With the fittings i see, i don’t see how that would be a problem though.

The hose reel was one of the reasons for purchasing this particular model, and pretty unhappy with the reel.

I decided to check the hose connection that came with the unit.

Packaging/appearance

Very easy to assemble out of the box.

Competitiveness

I bought this and an additional 25ft extension power hose.

This seems like an afterthought and certainly doesn't perform to my expectations of a sunjoe product.

I know from a vacume cleaner that, when using the hose attachment, the main unit many times falls over.
