These are blackout panels, zero light, good material, they appear to be very durable.
I've gone through tons of blackout curtains, as the plasticized backing on them usually disintegrates within a year or two.
To start, the sun zero rianna theater grade extreme blackout curtains do not have a plasticized backing that will disintegrate.
Price
But also note, to be able to purchase a curtain panel of this quality, at that price point, is a complete steal.

Ive had other curtains that were considered 34blackout34 but did not live up to their promise of blocking out the light

The opposite side is black which can be odd from the outside but this window faces the back yard so that isnt a problem for me but might be for some people
