Pros

Very easy to cut to size & customize with a good pair of scissors. My only complaint is that it lasts 2 years (2 springs/2 falls).

Cons

It seems to be falling apart due to inferior workmanship. Manufacturer only guarantees that the seams will not separate. Manufacturer says that bubble deterioration is not covered under the manufacturer warranty.

Customer service denies any warranty even though ourpaperwork shows that we had a full 2 year warranty.
