Bought this for a 9x11 hot tub. Helps the tub retain heat and it basically stopped the evaporation of the spa water. A reel is a very good idea for long term care. Will be getting a pool heater when things like that are back in stock.

Comments lead me to believe that the seller is unlikely to help. This cover is so sub-par.

Just reinstalled it and immediately began noticing tears in the cover. Sun inordinately heats these areas, leading to very * cover deterioration. Ripped at the seams after 3 or 4 uses.

Whether or not the vendor will cover it under the warranty for us is moot. They say its not covered. If this is intended, then it's an expensive cover as it needs to be repurchased every year at least.
