Pros & Cons
Pros
For occasional use or travel, the sunbeam handheld steamer is a budget-friendly choice. It is an excellent price and it pays for itself in just a couple of uses. It also has the sun beam name of reliability.
A full tank gives me about 15-25 minutes of solid steaming time. The steamer fits in the palm of my hand and is super easy to use.
There's no base with which to put it down, so it can stand upright while you are still using it. I wish this included a velor attachment rather than the brush. Comes with a brush and a storage/travel bag.
This midsize steamer is our top pick for regular home use. Lightweight and comfortable to hold, it’s a winner! But the advantage of this steamer, is size and space occupied for storage.
Neither of these is a deal breaker for me since i'm using it at home. That button also does the burst of steam feature; but again, it's the same button, so maybe i was bursting the steamer the whole time. I paid much more for my other one & this w... Read More
Cons
The product was shipped with missing parts. And of course it's past the warranty.
The sunbeam is hugely unpopular. It is compact, but awkward to use. Not worth it.
Highlights
Quality
This handheld steamer heats up quickly and is well-built with a sleek design.
I use handheld steamers fairly regularly and think this one is very well made and easy to use.
I never knew how quick and easy it is to steam wrinkles out of fabrics—no ironing boards or flat surfaces required.
The handle clicks in firmly and collapses for storage.
Price
Great value for travel or keeping in a walk in closet area without taking up much space.
I’m happy to have this steamer, it is a great value for the price.
It's a good price (at the time of this review $24.
For the price point this little clothing steamer isn’t bad at all.
Packaging/appearance
Its compact size and folding capability is perfect when needing space when packing.
This is nice and small making it easy to pack to bring with you.
I try to pack as many non-wrinkling items as possible, but sometimes i need to de-wrinkle my items.
Competitiveness
Neither of these is a deal breaker for me since i'm using it at home.
Sunbeam is a reputable company, so i have a little more trust in this than others too.
Somewhat disappointed because tried one that was similar at a hotel but this was not as good

You do need to move it kind of slowly but thats okay because it has a little protective bristle attachment that helps keep the hot metal from touching the fabric

The water well is pretty small so you will probably need to fill it up per garment you steam but i think that is the trade off for the compact size
