Great little toaster. Portable in size and toasts the bread equally well on both sides. Nice to take out toast, bagel, english muffin, if it gets stuck.

Loooove it. Works wonderfully so far. There's also a popup button to push, if you think you set it to overtoast. Really good and durable.

Worst toaster i've ever owned. When pushing down the handle to start the toasting process it won't stay down. We have to continue to push it down 3-4 times, sometimes more, before it will stay down to toast the bread.

Therostat is useless. Also, the timer seems to be completely useless. Stopped working after one use. Have to plunge the lever down a few times to get it to lock in place.

Refused to pup up once toast was done, resulting in burnt toast. Toast is either warm or burnt. If you like your toast or bagel nearly burned on bottom, with the top being barely even warmed, then this is the toaster for you.

Everything is flimsy on this. Looks nice, but does not function reliably. Piece of junk.

Wasn't worth going through the hassle of going to the post office and returning it. Plus ir is very cheaply made. Trying to find out the warranty on it to discuss with manufacturer.
