Pros

The sunbeam toaster is just as durable as the previous model, if not better. The 4 slices are dynamite! Only downside is mine came with a broken eject button.

Cons

Unless you want the controls facing the wall it takes some maneuvering to use this toaster. Slots are supposedly wide but too short to accommodate the length of a regular slice of bread. Go find a practically built toaster, and skip this one.

Stopped working 4 weeks after receipt. Can't return to amazon so save your money and buy something different. Will never buy a sun beam again.

The bad. Poor workmanship and poor quality control. Poorly designed. Very cheaply made.
