Pros
The spacing between plates is narrow so it's suitable for toast. It's compact and really easy to use. Otherwise handy appliance.
It's quick with grilling and absolutely apt for small families. Made huge sandwichs and even cooked hamburgers and the buns. Love the 'grill' too to give sandwiches that extra crunch.

Other than that, i'm quite satisfied with the product.
Very impressed with the quality of it too.
But it was our negligence not the product.
The only thing i am not so satisfied is that the instruction that came with the product is not clear.

The price is good and it works well as expected.

Heats up really quickly and cooks fast and well.
Competitiveness
Love the fact that you don’t need to butter the outside of the bread to make a toastie.
Cheaper press compared to the more expensive ones.
This model will not stand upright as compared to earlier models.
Can't recommend this enough, especially at such a low price!

Product is value for its money the only thing bugs me a little is the sandwich thickness is not as i expected so i have to wiggled my sandwich to press properly

Snags wont store upright due to silly design flaws the clip holding top closed is weak and grease can drip down the back

Also every time i plug the machine in there is this very unpleasant smell like plastic burning

Cannot adjust the height settings ie cannot make melt

Doesnt stand vertical for storage so it takes some unnecessary space

The plastic closing clamp feels very thin and dare i say a bit dodgy like it could break quite easily
