Pros
The material is nice and it heats up beautifully. The pad itself is glossy and the cover is thin, but a good exchange for something i think will hold up longer. Bigger & much better than my old heating pad and a real blessing!
Pillow on bottom, heating pad on low and a blanket on top. Doesn't have an on/off switch, just plug it in and adjust the temperature. There is no auto-off setting which i like, i just keep it on low 24/7 for them and it hasn't been an issue.
Cons
The unit is defective and does not heat up beyond the low setting, even when you adjust the slider as it should. The heating isn't balanced and equal throughout the pad. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a gel pack that can be heated in the ... Read More
The fabric cover is very thin and the pad itself is a clumped-up ball. It bunches up if you scoot or slide down while on it. The wrinkles make it uncomfortable.
Very dissatisfied & won't purchase again. It’s certainly customer dissatisfaction.
The heating pads manufactured today are not good. Inexpensive, but cheaply made. But it's chapely made.
