Thank you for wasting my money. I like sunbeam products, so i'm sure it is great if you get one that actually works, but beware that it’s definitely a gamble. Not worth the money.

The fabric cover is very thin and the pad itself is a clumped-up ball when not heated up. Plastic material bunches up if you scoot or slide down while on it. The plastic insert pad is very disfunctional.

Inexpensive, but cheaply made. But it's chapely made. The heating pads manufactured today are not good.

Customer says the unit arrived having been shipped in its original box versus being separately boxed. "it’s certainly customer dissatisfaction. Also be aware, this item is non-returnable!
