Cons
It's hard to believe this product is still marketed as the #1 heated mattress pad. Save yourself the aggravation - buy another brand. No objection to function when working - just the rapid onset of a dead heating blanket.
It now blinks an error message 'f2' and will not heat up. The controller is egg shape with little, if any, raised areas.
It boggles my mind why they have the plug connection on top of the mattress. The breathtakingly poor design continues with the clumsy plug in on the bed. This means that your feet hit the hard plastic connector while lying in bed.
Highlights
Quality
