Pros
The fabric of the blanket is super soft and cozy. The color complements my living room decor perfectly. The plugs are long enough to plug-in at the headboard behind the bed.
It heats quickly on both sides and it has a simple 4 hour auto off setting. The heat comes on very hot but then seems to taper off. It has a timer to turn itself off as i choose.
Cons
My controller on button has to be pushed twice for the light to come on. Sunbeam customer service is useless.
The heat works, but the timer doesn’t seem to work. Only a small section heats up. The designers of this heated throw have no concept of human physiology.
The blanket fabric has no substance, so it is like trying to spread out a limp noodle when you make the bed. The heat does not distribute evenly at all & the wires only extend through 2/3 of the blanket.

Very easy to set the controls for heat setting and has a timer for the duration of sleeping.
I like the dual heating and how many hrs you can set it for
We have several and they are durable - i’ve washed many times as we have had them almost two years.
The controls are made to be within reach so that you can always make an adjustment to time and temperature should you need to.
Shipping
,my only objection to this was i was charged a return shipping fee.
I dropped it off at ups and was had to pay a shipping fee.

The outer packaging doesn't say sunbeam, but the bag inside is fully marked as a sunbeam product.

I have only two comments 1 it lacks a 34preheat34 feature you press the preheat button and it goes into high heat mode for a few minutes then reverts to your setting nice for chasing the chill out of the bed you get around that by putting this on a higher setting while youre getting ready for bed then lowering it 2 the controller has a small backlit lcd display which i found too bright just throw something like a baseball cap over the controller once youre ready to hop into bed
