Quality
Softer than many heated mattress pad's i've bought.
Buttons are straightforward and easy to find in the dark.
The padding between top and bottom is great in that you don't feel the heating elements at all.
It does make it take some time before what you feel on the top of the pad "balances" with what the heater is doing.

This product has some padding between the heater lines on the bottom and the top surface

When i first put the pad on and wanted to check that it worked i did have to slide my arm between mattress and pad to tell whether the heater was on
