The temp is what i would expect it to be with 3 settings

It goes all the way up to the base of the skull in the back and up to the bottom of the ears on the sides

The bendable rod that is sewn into the heating pad to control it’s shape is not very well padded and was painfully resting on my collarbone

I easily opened a seam about an inch and slipped it out then closed the seam with a few hand stitches

My only two qualms are that i wish it got hotter and since i live in an old house with few outlets its kind of inconvenientuncomfortable that the cord comes out of one side
