Pros
The velcro strap makes it easy to hold in place. The waist strap fits well (it has a lot of stretch and there is an extender). Would buy again.
Cons
The heating pad boasts 4 heat settings, no benefit. The heat (warmth) seems to be only distributed in the central area of the heating pad. It shuts off after 2 hours. Other product has a button to keep the power on all the time.

It doesn’t get super hot; but that was noted by other reviewers and so i am fine with the temperature it gets to.
If you are dealing with back pain this is an excellent product.
Competitiveness
Forget about it if you are over 200lbs.
It’s awsome that it lays flat against your back .
