This blanket i use all the time, it works excellent & lasts.
This blanket heats pretty well. It has an adjustable auto-shutoff timer selectable from 1 to 12 hours.
It is so soft and washes well. It is soft, heats evenly and the cords are perfect. However, it is very soft and pliable.
Cons
The cord is too short to use on your bed. The heating coils are just down the middle of the blanket. The blanket sheds horribly, and after the first use, my clothes and the couch were covered in red fuzz.

I have only two comments 1 it lacks a 34preheat34 feature you press the preheat button and it goes into high heat mode for a few minutes then reverts to your setting nice for chasing the chill out of the bed you get around that by putting this on a higher setting while youre getting ready for bed then lowering it 2 the controller has a small backlit lcd display which i found too bright just throw something like a baseball cap over the controller once youre ready to hop into bed

The sunbeam product is considered bestrated according to online reviews but i didnt like the small inconvenience of holding the controller in my hand together with one of the wires running with it see photo
