Pros

Low is quite soothing. My pad stays on 1 all the time. My only complaint is that the heat settings feel very skewed toward hot.

Overall a great purchase. Some sellers have this at $260 plus $17 shipping.

After trying several other brands with a variety of different methods of function. This is my 2nd of this product and i've owned similar ones in the past. It works well.



Cons

This product needs to be pulled off the market. I really regret buying it. Update it's supposed to have a 3-year warranty, but don't expect to be able to use it.

The remote is fine, it connects to the base, and it says it's heating, but the pad never heats up. If the remote goes or is defective you need to buy a whole new mattress pad!

The only way my wife and i can comfortably sleep is with only the foot zone turned to the lowest setting. My feet feel like they are burning sometimes. It's just to painful. The material holding the wires is very thin and subject to easy tearing.

Sunbeams customer service is awful. Don't waste your time trying to contact sunbeam. They are a low quality retailer selling low quality products out of china, it's all about volume.

So damaged sunbeam box was put inside amazon box.
