Pros

Heats up quickly and evenly. Both my kids have this fabulous heater! The pad is very comfortable, too.

Control is wireless and the lid on control handles both side. No problems reaching either bedside table or power outlets. Sure, sometimes i feel the plug but it is never a bother.

Aids greatly in getting to sleep and staying asleep. I turn it on to level 9 30 minutes before bedtime, and by the time i climb in, my bed is nice and toasty. We live in michigan and our winters are long!

Hands down. Way better. This product delivers. Almost like a mini topper. Fits the mattress well.

Automatic works well. I want to leave it on 3 through the night, but i want it to be extra toasty when i first get into bed. My only suggestion to sunbeam is to make the back light on the control a little brighter.

Cons

It's honestly like they never even considered that this product would be used in the dark with someone sleeping next to you. They are so loud that you can't use them once your partner is asleep.

I don't know why sunbeam didn't keep that controller but switched to a cheaper noisy controller that feels and sounds cheap.
